It’s was okay

The state of the walls in room 2002 was so bad. Holes in the wall and paint chips everywhere. Stains in the bed sheets and fire alarm kept going off

Won’t stay here again, sorry!

It was clean and comfortable enough

I emailed the hotel twice before arriving asking for separate twin beds (I.e. not pushed together) and was assured both times this wouldn’t be a problem. Arrived and my one request hadn’t been taken care of AND the twin beds were fixed so I couldn’t push them apart myself. Travelling with my dad so I did not need this.

The hotel is on a location that is comparatively far from the center of Amsterdam, but a walk of a maximum 30-40 minutes or a couple of stations with the tram can take you to the city center. There are many places around for you to find something to eat in Amsterdam-West and the staff are kind.

Hotel looks good and luxurious at the first sight but depending on the time you spend there, you start to realize its just a show off, especially the furniture and the materials inside the hotel does not match with the things that it seems so. Showers are new and clean but you cannot change the temperature of the water, the faucet handle that stands there to change the water from cold to hot does not work at all, you may drop it to floor once you touch as it has no mechanism to change the temperature indeed, and water is always on the same stable heat, which is horrible for winter! There are many workers continually painting the walls and the ceiling of the maze-like corridors that makes it unable to rest in your room. The blankets and the towels have hair from other people on them that is not clean unfortunately. Also in case you have a friend or someone visiting you, you have to pay approximately 15€ as I heard from other people in the hotel arguing about. I have never seen any other hotel in my life that takes money for someone who does not stay for an overnight, irregardless of the duration of your visitor they may charge you 15€.

Hotel was very clean and close to trams buses and shops

Booked for lake side room and it was a river at the back on an industrial estate No bar and no eating facilities after breakfast. The room had 2 hangers and no drawer space for clothes which is extremely unfortunate when staying for a 4 days with 2 people

Decent hotel. Not family friendly.

The bathroom was nice with a jet bath. Room was spacious and very warm and comfortable.

The hotel is mis-categorised as family friendly. It isn’t. We were told in no uncertain terms that we weren’t welcome with our baby and two other families had been turned away that day. Luckily for us we had phoned ahead and had confirmation we were allowed to stay because our holiday had been cancelled and we needed an emergency hotel for the weekend. If we hadn’t done that we would have probably been on the streets looking for another one like the previous two unfortunate families.

- the bed is very comfortable. - the place looks like a maze but it is very beautiful. - has an elevator.

This hotel is very good but I have some reservations: - what annoyed me most was the key card, which stopped working and we had to change ours 3 times in 3 days. - the cleanliness of the room was very questionable as we found things that weren't ours there. - the bathroom is spacious and I liked it. the room we stayed in too, as far as possible, although it is completely out of windows.

The accommodation was clean. Simple rooms. at first glance everything was luxurious, but in reality there were minor flaws, but nothing significant. The staff was very kind and helpful. In the vicinity of the hotel there are of cafes, shops, coffee shops, 20 minutes by foot to the center and 7 minutes by bike. I rate it as a nice, simple hotel.

There was no towel rack in the bathroom, the shower was leaking so water was running into the bathroom.

The room and hotel looked really nice , and the check out lady was nice.

The guy that made our check in was extremely rude, the shower was a bit dirty and the air con wasn't working properly

The staff were very nice, city centre is easily accessible using public transport. Close by grocery stores. The wifi was really good

Only good thing is price and location

I liked location and bed was pretty confortable.

Well, first we didnt get any towels, he have window lookin in hallway so we can open the curtins cause other rooms may look at ours. Also we couldnt open the window. Only air is from venitlation and air condition. I couldnt put good temperaturs of water in bathroom cause handle was broken so I showerd in really hot water and it burned me. Sink was broken. Water didnt come out. And towell i get on rwquest later (only one towell) had stain.
